How Starbucks helped me gain weight

Ever since I’ve been going to Starbucks almost daily, I realised that I’ve been packing on a little pudginess around the tummy, enough that my tiny muffin top looks a little more obvious.

I realised that I’ve even taking a lot more milk (and sugar) that I normally would if I was at work and is most likely the reason for my pudginess.

I have an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot of coffee every time I go to Starbucks.

I’m actually a little glad that I’ll be at work in a few more weeks so I’ll most likely ( well, hopefully) lose that weight when I start work.
