So, after yesterday’s monster appetite, I’m craving for roasted meat. Seriously, a thick slab of steak with mushroom sauce, a generous serving of mashed ‘taters, salad with more meat bits and a bowl of creamy soup. Then throw in a slice of tiramisu and an after dinner coffee. How about a scoop of mint ice cream as well? That would be awesome. This is what I call monster appetite upsized.

I’m not sure if this increase in appetite is cause by the regulating chemical messengers in my body or the result of yesterday’s gym session. What do you think?
